Kruger National Park, Skukuza Camp

Traveling time to Skukuza, by road from Gauteng, is approximately 5-6 hours, with an additional ±30 minutes from the Paul Kruger entrance gate to the camp.
Daily flights are available with Airlink from Johannesburg (OR Tambo International Airport) or Cape Town, to Nelspruit KMIA as well as the Skukuza Airport. Shuttle services would need to be pre-arranged from both airports. Bookings for flights can be done online at www.flyairlink.com.
International delegates can fly to the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (Nelspruit) or directly into Skukuza Airport from Johannesburg or Cape Town.
Flights to OR Tambo International in Johannesburg
Arrange with the shuttle service – Ashtons Shuttles and Transfers – for road transport to Skukuza. More information and prices will soon be made available.
Transfers from Skukuza Airport
Avis runs a shuttle service from the Skukuza Airport to the Skukuza Camp at the various times. Please enquire at the Avis desk when you arrive at the Skukuza Airport or contact them before you arrive on +27(0)13 735 5651 to book a car.
Accommodation will be reserved at Skukuza, Kruger National Park, and all accommodation bookings for the congress will have to be made through SAVETCON as we hold a block-booking at the Park. Bookings will open early in 2022.
Accommodation ranges from luxury, river-view bungalows, self-catering bungalows and bungalows and safari-tents without kitchen facilities.
All accommodation units have their own barbecue facilities.
The comfortable, en-suite, thatch-roofed bungalows and safari-tents have 2 or more single beds and are rented on a room-only basis.
Tariff per unit per night is for one or two persons – there is an additional fee for a third person sharing the accommodation.
Skukuza Camp has a cafeteria, a restaurant (Cattle Baron) and a well-stocked shop that offers basic commodities (e.g. groceries, bread, vegetables, drinks, meat, toiletries, etc.).
